Throughout the various professional roles we have held, we found a natural identification with the Silverback Gorilla characteristics; some chosen, some natural progression, some from EXPERIENCING  life. However, all are applicable to our passion we have to serve our clients. We proudly and respectfully take responsibility for our clients and their business and do so through the wisdom we have gained over the course of our careers.

THE SILVERBACK GORILLA

A Silverback is typically more than 12 years of age (life span 35-40 years), and is named for the distinctive patch of silver hair on his back, which comes with maturity. Gorillas are considered highly intelligent. 

The Silverback is the center of the troop's attention, making all the decisions, mediating conflicts, determining the movements of the group, leading the others to feeding sites, and taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of the troop.

When the group is attacked by humans, leopards, or other gorillas, an individual Silverback will protect the group, even at the cost of his own life.
